Are the spell jars handmade?
Yes. Every spell jar is handcrafted by me with care, intention, and attention to detail. Each one is assembled by hand using carefully selected herbs, crystals, and other ingredients before being packaged and prepared for its new home.
I’m new to witchcraft, can I still use your products?
Absolutely! Everyone starts somewhere, and there is no “right” way to begin. Whether you’re completely new or have been practising for years, my hope is that EmJane The Witch is a welcoming place where you can learn, explore, and grow at your own pace.
Are the crystals genuine?
Yes. I source genuine crystals from trusted suppliers and always aim to provide ethically sourced crystals wherever possible. As crystals are natural creations of the Earth, each one is beautifully unique in colour, shape, size, and pattern.
Do you make everything yourself?
EmJane The Witch is a one-woman business, and I personally handcraft every spell jar. I also carefully curate genuine crystals and stock beautiful, handcrafted items created by other Australian small businesses that share my values.
Will my crystal or spell jar look exactly like the photo?
No two crystals are ever identical. Because they are natural, you may notice slight differences in colour, inclusions, patterns, and shape. These natural variations make every piece one of a kind.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and spiritual reasons, returns are generally not accepted unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, EmJane The Witch ships within Australia only. As my small business grows, I hope to offer international shipping in the future so I can share my creations with customers around the world.
