At EmJane The Witch, every order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with intention and care.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 8 business days.
• During busy periods, product launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

• We currently ship Australia-wide only.
• There is a flat rate of $12.50 however over $100 is free shipping.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will happily assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. EmJaneTheWitch cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our handmade products, crystals, and spiritual items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Natural Crystal Variations

Every crystal is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, inclusions, shape, and size are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
